Change of Shareholder with Company House

An official change of shareholders can be done by filing a new updated “Annual Return” (now „Confirmation Statement“).

We execute all changes of shareholders and file all changes for one fee.

Companies House charges an amount of GBP 13 for filing an annual report (appr. EUR 20) and this is included in our rate. There is no need to pay additional fees.

Even if there are more changes with more than one person we only charge one amount and update everything for one reasonable fee.
