Filing of Annual Return (Confirmation Statement)

The so-called “Annual Return” (it is now called „Confirmation Statement“) is an electronic report of the present situation of the company (like registered office address and names of director and shareholder, etc.) and needs to be filed once per year at a certain date (or before this date).

If the report is not filed in time Companies House charges high penalties. If you dont pay the penalties Companies House strikes off the company from the register.
