Nominee package „Director and Shareholder“ for 1 year

One of our longterm employees will act as director of your new company and one of our  companies will act as the sole shareholder while you conduct business in the background.

Annual Rate: EUR 890

The directorship is executed “on paper” only and all activities of the Director are reduced to the register with Company House. Should there be any work necessary like opening a bank account or to participate personally in a meeting the Director will charge an hourly rate.

After successful purchase the nominee Director is registered with Company House and will send you immediately an agreement for acting as a Trustee on your behalf. In a separate way you will receive another separate agreement from the Registered Shareholder of your company.

Different from our offer „Nominee with Companies House“ this service will be necessary if you expect the nominee to carry out services like opening of a bank account or opening accounts with companies like EBAY or Amazon.
