After incorporation you will receive by email the certificate of incorporation from Companies House and a confirmation about the shareholder

Including full nominee services for director and shareholder for 3 months. The nominee acts on your behalf and all actions are carried out immtediately.

The activity of the nominee is limited to the United Kingdom. The usual work of the nominee will be the authorisation of contracts and signing documents. If the nominee is required to travel additional agreements are necessary.

The nominee director opens on behalf of the company a bank account with

• HSBC
• Barclays-Bank
• Natwest
• Lloyds-Bank

according to your choice.

The bank account includes online access to the account and (in the name of the nominee) a VISA Debit Card linked to the credit-balance of the account. Overdrafts are not allowed.

A bank account like this does not have any limits comparable with bank accounts from Direct Banking institutions.

You will be able to credit the account without limits and withdraw without any limits as well.

To open a bank account with a UK High Street Bank usually many conditions have to be met. First you need a very good credibility. In addition you will need a UK residence with a UK address. For this address you have to be able to provide a utility bill in your name.

UK banks can be very precise in regard to data containing the utility bill. Should your name not be written exactly in the same manner as in your passport the bank might ask you to organise necessary changes until they are fully satisfied about it.

The rate of our Prime Service is based on the fact our nominees have already opened accounts with the banks mentioned earlier, and are verified and approved in regard to identity, credibility and proof of residence.

The time frame for carrying out all services is as follows:

• 24 hours for registration and incorporation of the company in the public register
• appr. 3-4 weeks for opening of the bank account. The UK bank account will be known 3-4 days after start.

For a better understanding please note the time frame for the trusteeship is a maximum term of 3 months. After 3 months the nominee resigns as director and notifies the bank about his resignation.

If you are going to replace the director or another Trustee or if you prefer to continue working with us (based on our Management Package) is totally up to your discretion and your own decision.
